I don't think I would ever get this bc I don't want to fuck up my eyes, and botched results are extremely hard to correct and you need skin grafts.
but I would like to know. bc it's ridiculous that most Stacies, especially on social media, have got the same traits; upturned button nose (nose job), high eyebrows (botox), plump lips (lip fillers), foxy eyes with flat and shallow eyelids (???).
any opinions how they achieve the last one?

Yes you are correct many of these Insta Stacys have had blepharoplasties. I'm not sure how they make the skin so shallow without a scar. The Stacys probably go to a plastic surgeon for a Blepharoplasty + Brow lift combo before they turn 30, and because they are young the blepharoplasty scars heal very nicely and you can't see them under eyeshadow or a filter. 馃憖
The high brow lift + extreme upper blepharoplasty is the answer. No other way this could be possible unless they have the genetics for it.

and it's not just filters, lowering your eyelids and such. these Stacies I see usually genuinely have flat eyelids with barely there creases and high eyebrows.

I think the medical term is canthoplasty or blepharoplasty, most times they also transfer fat around the eye area, that's why it ends up looking so smooth.
