I don't know, it's just not the same here. I felt like there was a bit more connection there and consisted of more relatable experiences. I don't relate to other ugly people problems on any other lookist subs as majority of them consist of normies with bdd, I feel alone everywhere. I mean go to r/ugly, most of them are average to even attractive

Fact of the matter is the sub is made of community. Community needs members. The more femcels who find the sub, the more active the community. The more active the community, the more relatable content.
Same with Discord.
So for those of you who are sticking around, if you want to help get the old Trufemcels back, one huge way to help is outreach however you best can do it.
Share the sub link, hashtag #trufemcels on social media platforms when discussing femcel related issues, spread the word. Reddit has millions in traffic daily and our site is unknown. The sub will get there but there's a reason new companies have budgets for this sort of thing. Bc most new sites do not and will never have the organic traffic Reddit has. Word of mouth is what fixes that.

Maybe because this site isn't really just for femcels and there's not that many active users here yet. I get the feeling that this site is less femcels and more pinkpill/blackpill content. r/trufemcels was something special though, and I'm not sure we can get it back.

We just need more people. I was a lurker in that sub because I was a femcel back when I was younger, so I identified with many of the things discussed there. You can still vent here though, we have the benefit of being secret enough that not many men know about this space yet.

I honestly prefer it here. I personally have too many sad memories of the old subs. I was permabamned from reddit anyway so I can't comment there anymore lol.

I'm very grateful for this place but I miss the volume of activity on reddit (even though I fucking now I hate and most of the people I encounter on it in the other subs I participate in)
And it's a double-edged sword re: making a site public. Journalists have already come here.
Before FAW was locked (I don't think it still is, frankly) it was constantly spammed by trolls. So was TFC, if I remember. But Trufemcels was just niche enough people were left alone
