They will reject a casual sex offer from a desperate woman because they feel the need to "conquer". If it's too easy and hurtless, they're not interested. They need it to hurt a woman because they're narcissists with a need to boost their egos. The woman who doesn't want sex, but "gives in" to their manipulation tactics is far more sexy to them. They love the rape and the ego boost it brings, that a woman would abandon all her "values" just for him.
If a woman loves sex and finds him genuinely sexually attractive, he won't want it. He doesn't want consent. He wants the woman to feel pain and embarrassment because of him.
He loves the shy, unwilling, rape victim more than anything.
Men have a madonna/whore complex because they know that their sexuality is abhorrent, violent, and an insult to women, so they can only love the women they don't have sex with. Men know that having sex with them is degrading. Men are disgusted by their own sexualities.

Don’t forget that their sexuality is one for children too. They love preying on kids and then add insult on top by saying the child was willing when the child didn’t know how to say no. Or that the child was the one w the power and seduced them. Male sexuality is truly twisted.
